Duties/Responsibilities
| Duties/Responsibilities |
Assist Director of Premium seating with all aspects of game day and special event
operations in premium seating areas in all of UGAAA’s athletic venues.
Manage game day specific responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Premium
Seating.
Develop and execute a comprehensive event calendar
Assist with the recruitment and training for game day support staff.

Organization and management of event supplies and materials.
Assist in management of game day preparations for all Premium Seating Areas.
Present exceptional interpersonal skills, via in-person, email, or radio, by communicating
with multiple constituent groups on game days including staff, donors, vendors, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

| Position Summary |
Provide operational support for the management of all premium seating spaces of
University of Georgia Athletic Association by assisting the Director of Premium Seating for
all aspects of game day operations in premium areas, suites, and hospitality clubs.
Support The Georgia Bulldog Club (TGBC) by assisting with management of premium
seating stakeholders, participate in the preparation and execution of premium seating
events.
This position is open to graduate students and will begin August 1st, 2025.
Graduate Assistants will work office and stadium hours during game weeks,
as well as all UGA Home Football Games and other nights and weekends for UGA
Women’s Basketball, Men’s Basketball, Gymnastics, and Baseball games and additional donor events.

Visual acuity necessary to make general observations of guests and premium areas
with specific regard to enforcing policies and realizing issues on game day.
Ability to arrive at all UGAAA scheduled events and leave on own.
Ability to navigate UGAAA Athletic Facilities, walking in confined spaces amongst
guests within multiple areas of facilities.
