POSITION: Strength and Conditioning Coach (PT)
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or a related field; current CSCS (NSCA) or equivalent nationally recognized certification acceptable under NCAA Division II legislation; and current CPR/AED/First Aid certification are required. Must have excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to work with diverse populations. Must be self-directed and able to make decisions independently, as well as work successfully in a team environment. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations is a must. Must demonstrate respect for others in the workplace and a commitment to creating a supportive work environment that values the contributions of all employees.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Hours of Employment: This position requires a flexible work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Work is performed primarily in athletic training facilities, weight rooms, practice venues, and competition sites. The incumbent must be flexible enough with their hours to meet the needs of the team, department, and the University.
