Our division is comprised of leading student affairs experts who support our campus on pressing student life matters including public service, health, wellbeing, connection and belonging, residential living, food services, sports, recreation, career services, and student activities and organizations including sorority and fraternity life. The Temporary Ticketing and Guest Services Assistant position supports athletic event operations by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with game day ticketing operations. Responsibilities include selling and processing event tickets through a point-of-sale system, collecting and scanning admission tickets and passes, providing directions and assistance to guests, and helping to maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable event experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, dependability, and the ability to professionally enforce event policies and procedures while creating a positive experience for event attendees.

*Pay: $16.00/hour. Please note that this is a casual position (average of 19 hours or less per week) and is not eligible for benefits or visa sponsorship.
