Brief Summary of Work for this Position

To assist the Women’s Basketball Director of Basketball Operations daily and as needed on weekends and game days/nights.

Practice set up and take down.

Film needs (review and breakdown for coaches and team)

Coordination of training table meals post practice.

Assisting with duties for home and away games.

Assistance with on campus recruiting visits.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.

• Must be highly dependable, flexible, and available to work evenings and weekends.

• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.

• Strong problem solving skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time both indoors and outdoors.

• Work effectively as a team member.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Canva. Synergy Sports Editor.
