Overview

Ticket Operations is looking for Ticket Clerks for the Fine Arts Box Office and the Athletics Ticket Office.
We are the first point of contact for our patrons/customers and want to provide the best possible experience as they enter the world of entertainment and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Nights and weekends required per event schedule.
• Willingness to learn the ticket system and other programs as applicable.
• Accurately sell tickets to Caine College of the Arts (CCA) events and Athletic events.
• Cash handling and processing payments of large values.
• Answering the phone, greeting patrons/customers in person, and other duties as assigned.
• The schedule will be set for open office hours. Events are flexible with an expectation of everyone picking up at least 2 shifts a month, or more, for busy times. Football is required in the fall.
• Quick problem solving and thinking on your feet.
• Professional demeanor and can follow directions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required
• Cash Handling experience required
• Good verbal communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Punctuality

Advertised Salary

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.  The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
