The overall purpose of this job is to manage all sales for events associated with the Athletic Department and its programs. Management of petty cash, requests for and disbursement for team travel, official visits and special events in accordance with TTU, OVC, and NCAA policies and procedures. Receive, receipt and deposit revenue, donations and other monies for the department. Provide technical assistance and management for the sales system for the ticket office, Corporate Sales and Marketing, and the Golden Eagle Golf Club. Supervise staff, temporary staff and student workers for office and event work. Assist customers, patrons and staff while maintaining good customer service and business etiquette.

Oversee ticket sales, maintain and account for dept petty cash, receive and receipt all money that comes in, do dept ITC requests, oversee scramble registration and payments, office management. Supervise and schedule ticket staff. Troubleshoot issues related to sales system. Work closely with Athletic Director and Assistant Athletic Director for external relations on all events. Prepare lists, mailings, and reports as needed. Maintain knowledge and commitment to NCAA, OVC, and TTU policies and procedures.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field. At least three years of related experience. Knowledge of NCAA, OVC, and TTU policies and procedures.
Some night and weekend work.
Compensation and Benefits
| Salary | Commensurate with education and experience. Pay grade 8. |
