Position Summary Information
| Primary Purpose |
The Ticket Seller will support the Box Office Operations for the University of the Pacific. The Ticket Seller primarily supports Pacific Athletic ticketing events, but there may be other ticketed events available such as the theater, commencement, and various campus-wide events.
Hiring for multiple positions. Employees choose what games they are available to work. Looking for employees who have a positive attitude and customer service experience. Individuals could work two (2) to three (3) hours per home game. The ticket office is located inside the Pacific Intercollegiate Athletics Center (adjacent to the Spanos Center).

| Essential Functions |
Pacific Box Office Ticket Sellers work Pacific Athletic events selling tickets on the day of game or for outside vendors who rent Pacific facilities. Ticket Sellers are responsible for:

| Minimum Qualifications |
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).

| Preferred Qualifications |
- One (1) year in a customer service-related role.
- Comfortable speaking and dealing with the public.
- Basic Knowledge of computers and printers.
- Basic mathematic skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Familiar with box office and/or ticketing operations.
- Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
- Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.

| Physical Requirements |

Work performed in office environment with normal noise levels. Occasional exposure to outside and various weather conditions. Frequent sitting, verbal communication and repetitive use of hands and wrists. Occasional standing, walking, bending, kneeling and squatting. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment/Work Week/Travel:
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work performed during standard business hours, overtime may be necessary based on business needs.
Valid driver’s license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University’s fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University’s insurance carrier reserves the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record.
