Women’s Basketball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator

Posting Summary

Manage all operations and logistical areas of recruiting qualified student-athletes. Including but not limited to maintenance of the team recruiting database, assists with developing recruiting strategies, planning and executing the annual recruiting calendar, and coordinating all visits. Oversee the recruitment process and work with other internal units (e.g. Compliance, Travel, Business & Finance, etc.) to manage all recruiting operations for the Women’s Basketball program.

Assist with on-court coaching and player development for the basketball program. Work closely with the head coach and staff, in the overall direction of a successful Division I basketball program. Commitment to student-athlete’s academic, personal, and athletic growth and development. Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator will be asked to bring a relentless work ethic and attention to detail to the position while being an accessible and reliable member in the Vermont Women’s Basketball program. Attend CPR and other safety classes arranged by Athletics and receive certification. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Adhere to all NCAA, America East and the University of Vermont rules and regulations.
