Job Summary

The Director of Video and Analytics oversees the video, analytics and technical needs for the Michigan Women's Basketball staff. This position also provides players with a variety of technical resources for individual, practice and game preparation and provides administrative support to all facets of the program.

Responsibilities*

  • Coordinator of all video for women's basketball program which includes but is not limited to:
  • Coordinate video operations for all practices and games (both home and away) and understand and execute Big Ten Conference and NCAA film exchange policies.
  • Edit, organize, file, generate and distribute game film for promotional, recruiting and instructional use.
  • Serve as the analytics expert in order to provide coaching staff with statistical breakdowns and trends for both our team and opponents.
  • Research, assess and implement new video and technology including filming techniques and strategies, video editing, computers, projectors, videography, camera equipment and video editing software
